Yesterday night was a great day spent with the TKD clique
I went over to west coast CC to see them training
Saw two BB girls training
lets me recall back the times where
huifen , puisan , jaime and I train together
hahas .. like flashback lah
but I must say
fast fast fast
3 years passed le
hahas ..
everything doesn`t seems to change much too

sir JJ still has his own style of training
I must say that I'm glad to be one of his students
hahas ..
Chief still the same , have the same stern but kind look
hahas ..

after their training .. we went WEST COAST PARK MAC
for a small gathering
hahas ..
chit chat
joke
laugh
all the way
till bused home
